    Ghana College of Pharmacists announces the first of a series of CONTINUOUS PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT (CPD) LECTURES as follows:


    TOPIC:  Metabolic Syndrome and Risk Factors


    Sub-Topics:     1.   Obesity as a Risk Factor – the Benefits of Reducing Body weight

                            2.   Drug Induced weight gain – Cardiovascular implications

                            3.   The Role of Dietary Intervention in weight loss Management

    Venue:            Christ the King Catholic Church Hall

    Date:               26th and 27th April 2016

    Time:              8:00am – 1:00pm each day

    Participation:Participation is open to all Pharmacists particularly those in Community and Family Pharmacy Practice, Clinical Pharmacy Practice and Medicines Regulation.

    Limited Spaces: Each day’s session is restricted to only 100 participants on first pay first registered basis.

    Fees:                GHC200.00 per participant.  Fees include snacks, course materials and certificate.

    Payment:         At payment indicate your date of choice.

    Payment shouldbe made in cash at the offices of the Ghana College of Pharmacists, Dr. Hulton Mills Street, Zoti, near Korle Bu, Accra during normal working hours.
